A woman was arrested at the Airport border checkpoint between Hong Kong and mainland China with 102 iPhones and 15 luxury watches strapped to her in a corset.
She was held at the Luohu checkpoint in Shenzhen which links to the Lo Wu immigration control in Hong Kong.
The woman drew the attention of the customs officials due to her strange body shape and that she was wearing so many layers of clothes and due to her bad luck as well she chose a hot day.
The lady was then asked to walk through a metal detector as officers suspected she was definitely smuggling in something.
The 102 iPhones and watches weighed about 20KG.
The customs officials were surprised at how many iPhones she had on her quoted as saying it was their biggest seizure of smuggled goods concealed on a body.
Shenzhen sudtoms officers confiscated more than 400 iPhones last December in a crackdown on the smuggling of the handsets.
Travelers can take a new phone across the border into the mainland for personal use, but smugglers try to conceal iPhones to avoid paying customs tax.
