Naomi Wu, a Chinese designer has created a showstopping outfit that has been designed to illuminate her implant. 
She set the torch to flash mode and headed out to stun viewers at a nightclub in Shenzen, China. 
The tech developer, Naomi Wu, revealed she was inspired to make the garment after seeing an American star perform wearing something similar.
